Thanks for the info! I just purchased my first Tisas, a service special 45 which I feel like I stole at $319 w/free shipping. My only other 1911 is an old, (2008ish) Para-Ordinance SSP which has been perfect, and like an old dependable friend. I took them both to the range for comparison when I received the Tisas, and was amazed at how well the Tisas performed compared to the Para which was proven with at least 2k rounds. Happy mines not recalled.

Now, four years later, I am sure it will cost quite a bit more money. Keep Prepping my friends.

About 2 years ago Pat RMG made 2 videos about a metal earmuff like device that he clamped over the cylinder of his revolver in order to seal the cylinder gap. It was actually quite effective. It was very quiet and unlike this roof sealer you’re using it’s reusable and it won’t damage your gun. You should check his videos out. I’ve noticed you’ve done quite a few videos about silenced revolvers on you channel and I thought you might find them to be interesting. They’re titled “What The Heck Is This” and “What The Heck Is This Part 2”. I’d give you the links to them but UA-cam doesn’t allow me to.

I've lost approximately six months of my life being whiskey drunk. Not one bit of my summer remembered. And apparently never once thought about my firearms in the closet. Pretty sure. None of my friends said I did any gun slinging. 🤣 I did, at one point the following year, disassembled my favorite piece and took it to a friend's house for safe keeping over some well justified internal hostility was having. Thanks -great short vid. I just bought another one of these and am conflicted... you see, I picked it up from the dealer having ordered from an auction site. It had a good price... and looked good - in person, in fact, it appears to be unfired! That's the conflict because I shoot my revolvers... Mine is a 1953, 4" so identical to yours with the exception of the front sight which is the older, half-moon design.

I bought my 605 a few weeks ago and they took those tank treads off of the grip. It's now smooth, which really helps.Still grippy, but no dig in.

We had a guy woke up groggy and foggy head they were breaking in the back door , so he aimed the shotgun Boom , his dead son laid there all the kid wanted to do is surprise his dad he just graduated Bootcamp a Marine home two days early .
